They sell you on the idea that their "pet maintainace plan" will save you money. After a year of wasting money with them I quit. Hours were not convenient and nothing ever seemed to be covered--I always needed some expensive remedy. I love Petsmart but Banfield is a rip off. An to add to it they kept billing my credit card for months after I quit the program--I had to file with VISA to get my money back and to stop fraudulent charges. Watch your statement.

Banfield is GREAT by Kendra J. at InsiderPages
I LOVE Banfield Dr. Saylor and Erica are wonderful with my dog Zaron and my ferrets. My dog is not the best behaved and from day 1 they have always worked with me. They are compassionate and always return my calls. Banfield is a bit pricey but with the Banfield plan I save a lot of money. I would recommend Banfield to anyone looking for caring and professional veterinary care.

The last place to bring your pet by Jennifer K. at InsiderPages
I had very bad experiences with Banfield. The nurses were nice but the vets refused to work with me. They overcharged me for everything especially medications ($20 dollars a pill for worms) and would not recommend anything except the most expensive garbage on the shelves. This is the last place you would want to bring your pet unless you like to waste your time and money. I personally have wasted over $1,000 dollars on Banfield without getting so much as a diagnosis for my dogs appetite problem.
