They were upfront with their services & costs etc, although they were not the cheapest company out there but it was very well worth every penny spent. The movers were on time, professional, & my price did not change with them. I would definetly use them again & refer all my friends & family if they are ever in need for a out of state move. Thank God for this company, seriously. They helped me out of such a major jam, I don't know what I would've done without them. I had contracted with a moving company for the 30th of August, and made the reservation WAY in advance; since I have heard it's a very busy day for moving. On the day of our move, I kid you not; the company called and said they wouldn't be able to make it. Just like that! Sorry, not happening. I was floored...we were had ONE day to get out of our apartment and an elevator reservation at our new place and no one to move our stuff. I have to say that Baltimore Licensed Movers did a great job with our recent office move - from initial contact for a quote until the final handshake with the crew. The guys arrived on time and were professional and hardworking.
Movers were very careful to ensure all items were protected and loaded on to the truck safely. Even after a long load in on a cold evening they maintained high energy levels for the unload and always took care of our items. I definitely plan on using Baltimore Licensed Movers in the future.

Lauren was very professional over the phone when I was in the booking process and answered most of my questions for me before I even had to ask which I appreciated and once I booked my move with Baltimore Licensed Movers (410) 773-9441 everything from there was handled in a professional manner also. When the actual movers showed up in the afternoon of my moving date they took care of me and put me at ease knowing that my stuff would arrive in Manhattan and I was in good hands. Norman the driver was very nice and the movers were very happy with the fact that we bought them pizza and drinks at lunchtime.
