Great Job!
I had a cat I was fostering who got locked in one of the bedrooms, and tore up the carpet. Jon at baltimore carpet repair answered my call and was friendly and informative. He explained what he would do to make the repair. I had planned on calling others to get prices, but after talking to Jon I knew he was who I wanted. He called 10 min. before arriving and was early. He was neat and cleaned up after himself. The "saddle patch" as Jon called it looks GREAT! Thanks so much!

Excellent company!
In this day and age its hard to find both good customer service and quality work in one package but Baltimore Carpet Repair has both! One area of our carpet had some damage (scratching, holes, pulling back) and they fixed it so well you cant even tell it was ever damaged. Jon was clean, efficient, polite, and his work excellent. If you have carpet repair and/or cleaning needs I highly recommend this company! (I didnt put a price cause it really depends on the work you need done so everyone is going to be different but they are most fair!)

A winner here!
My husband and I were selling our home and couldn't figure out if we wanted to replace the carpet, put wood floors in, or just clean the carpet. Jon was very helpful answering all of my questions, and I didn't feel he was trying to push me one way or the other. We went with replacing the carpet and saved $900 compared to Home Depot, and $1000 compared to Loews. We are very happy with Baltimore Carpet and would feel comfortable recommending them to anyone. Thank you to Jon and his team for making the process easy.

Job Well Done!
My wife and I had ripples in our bedroom and hallway. When we called we spoke to Jon who was helpful by explain the process he would use to remove the wrinkles, and also educated us on reasons as to why this may have happened. We also very much liked that he has a lifetime warranty. This quite frankly was HUGE for us because anyone who is willing to offer that kind of warranty must be very good. All in all it was a wonderful experience and look forward to hiring Jon and his company for carpet cleaning in the future. Kepp up the great work!

I called because friends of ours had used them, and we bought a new home with the idea we were going to replace the carpeting after we closed. We already had a quote from Home Depot, but Baltimore Carpet Repair & Cleaning came in $1,5000 less. Yes, I was a bit concerned because it was such a big difference. Since friends of ours had used them before with great results we deciede to go with them. The job was done and done very well. We are very happy with our new carpet and would highly recommend this company!
