Have not had my flooring done yet but have bought products and they seem very knowledgable, and they are a small business and can give exta attention as opposed to home depot.
Pros: Small business
Cons: Maybe not as much to select, worth talking to.
Price Range: $1 - $5

Great Place, awesome selection!
This small mom and pops store in San Diego is great, I shopped for months for wood flooring and went to all the big stores imaginable 15 of them. A friend referred me to visit Balboa Flooring, I had never heard of it. The owner was there with his wife eating lunch and he came over to help me, needless to say I found what I was looking for and had him come out to measure. His price was fair and since he was referred we went with them. Well after two weeks of hard work of tearing out old tile and laying the new Brazilian Cherry wood floor on the top and bottom floors and the stair case the wait was worth it! My home is beautiful and everyone loves it. I hope you all can go there, he is short staffed but the result is on my floor and the kids love to slide on the floor! Thank you Erik and Balboa Flooring for making me fall in love with my home all over again! I will tell everyone I know to go there, go see Erik!
