Bought several sets of tires from Baitys. Always been pleased with the price and service. I was told by Clarence Baity my Michelins would last 70k on my SUV and by golly they now have 65k and still going strong.

My impression of this company is utter disgust. I brought my truck to get a rotation and came out with rim damage and they denied doing the damage and would not compensate me for it.

I have not been a customer at Baity's Discount Tire Sales, but
I have not been a customer at Baity's Discount Tire Sales, but I have called and appeared at their shop about 3 times. Each time I was questioning a price or a looking for some direction as to what type of servicing I needed for my vehicle. The feedback from them was horrible. There was no sense of courtesy or demeanor in feeling that I was a customer in need.
