I am willing to take time to write a review on Bair Island Mini Storage in Redwood City, CA because I have had very positive experience at this place and I want everybody to know that. When I was looking for a storage facility to store my stuff I was calling around on a number of storage places in and around Redwood City. Bair Island Storage had the best value in terms of pricing and condition of facility. I would have paid 30-70% more if I rented storage at other places. I am very grateful for the money I have saved by storing at Bair Island Storage. The service was great at this place, too. The first time I called my call was answered after one ring. The person who answered my call was very friendly. I could tell that he really wanted to help me. Although I was invited to come in to the facility for a look there was no sales pressure. Once I became a tenant there everything was smooth. I could tell that the people working in the office really tried very hard to make my life easier. Whenever there was a problem they started to work on it promptly. Every time I called my phone call was answered after one or two rings. Every time I went to the office during their business hours someone was there. The place is clean, neat and convenient. Every storage room is on ground floor. The entrance gate is secure. I could tell that the facility people tried to keep a close eye on the facility. If you want save on storage bills and have a pleasant storing experience, Bair Island Mini Storage in Redwood City, CA is the place to be.

if someone can make a horror movie for mini storage, this place is certainly the best candidate for " Storage in Hell".

this place is dirty, wet and with an army of animals eating your stuff. manager is aloof and stupid. he told me he can care little about the business since the owner pays him minimum wage. it is best for him if people moving out since he only get paid when people sign up new contract. He loves people move in and out so he get paid more. therefore, this place treat customers badly.

if you have not been to "hell" you will taste it when you become its customer.

Cheap but spacious storage, compared to nearby facilities. Convenient location close to the freeway and congenial employees. This storage facility is not the newest but prices make up for it, especially if you're just looking for a place to store the extras. I found the place to be secure with their gated entry/exit, cameras on each building and on-site manager.

After having a small billing issue that was resolved immediately, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for storage. It wasn't entirely their fault as I had rented another storage unit which changed my billing date automatically. I didn't realize it and was sent a late letter for $28. I missed my payment by almost a month! They immediately voided the late notice without any hesitation after I explained what happened. They were prompt and courteous which will keep me as a customer. Any one looking for storage should look here first!
