this is such a cute little bakery. it has a large variety of unique pastrys. there cookis are to die for. i highly recommend the snickerdoodles. even if you dont live near, the drive is worth it.

I had a few not so great times with the unfriendly staff, but the food was good so I kept trying. Then I had one really great expereince with the owner who wanted to tell me all kinds of stories about her son...so I was very pleased and was so glad to come back. I returned today and it was the worst experience. The same lady who was so friendly the week before was so extrememly rude and talked down to me out of the blue. Sadly to say, because the food was always so good, I will never return to Bailey's. The owner is unbelievable with her customers. It was not only me, I have seen her act this way towards many of her customers. Oh well, their are many other great places around here that have good service.

i bought a large b-day cake (chocolate) and the thing was nothing bur chocolate. there was 10% cake to 90% sugar. i called to let the manager know i was unhappy and that it was not edible. i would be diabetic after the first slice!!! I called and spoke to a very arrogant french manager who said this is the way the french make it and there is nothing wrong with the chocolate ball i purchased. i will NEVER purchase another thing from this place.
IF YOU WANT A CAKE OR SOMETHING GREAT TRY SWEET LADY JANE ON MELROSE AND ORLANDO.
