I am a well-qualified professional woman who sought out this service to have a Revocable Trust and Will prepared. There is no real property involved. This is a very simple basic trust. What I received was a total mess of errors beginning with misspelling my name throughout the documents. Then the directions of how my estate was to be divided was wrong. Then the power of attorney did not have a place to designate who you were giving the power to. Then there were typo's. It just goes on and on, to the point that the whole set of documents is useless. I asked for it to be redone and received only the trust - and not the will. I am now attempting to re-type the documents on my own, which is very time-consuming. I paid his fee and now I am struggling to get my paperwork in a correct status. These are serious documents. They can't be thrown together haphazardly. This whole job is very unprofessional by this company.
