I went to B&E Jewelers with the intentions of redesigning a wedding band using my original diamond. At my initial visit with Sherri the manager, we picked out and designed a wedding band. I was told at the initial consultation this process would take 4-6 weeks with a cost of $1200.00. On the "8th week" I was contacted by Sherri that my ring was completed but there was a problem. Sherri told me on the phone she had made a mistake and there would be an additional cost of $300.00. The original design was to have my diamond sit in the middle of the wedding band and any diamonds removed were to be put on the sides of the band. Sherri's mistake was she intentionally added more diamonds and for me to pick up the additional cost ( I did have a signed copy of the receipt for $1200.00 stating the details of the original design). During Sherri's first phone call when she told me about the mistake, my only option was to take the ring she created with the additional cost or she would refund me my $500 deposit. At no time did Sherri say she was going to absorb the cost of her mistake or that she was even sorry for the mistake. She kept stating she already absorbed labor and she could not absorb the cost of the extra diamonds she used. I was only given the option to remake the ring after I questioned the mistake. I was told the remake would be another 4-6 weeks. If Sherri stated once, she stated it many times to my husband and I, "haven't you ever made a mistake". This is a very poor business practice that a company can expect a customer to absorb their mistake. Back to my first point, "Have you ever made a mistake?" Yes, I have by going to B&E Jewelers.

I was shopping for a pandora bracelet for my wife & had been to several stores - B&E has by far the largest selection of Pandora beads around. They seem to carry every item Pandora makes! I had a wonderful time picking out a bracelet for my wife - it is our first anniversary - & was even able to find a matching Pandora necklace & earring to go with the bracelet.
The saleswoman was extremely helpful - she spent major time helping me make this gift extra special.
This store goes out of its way to make you feel comfortable - I could not be more pleased!

Our experience was wonderful. We were having my engagement ring reset for our 25th wedding anniversary. The salesman was helpful, informative, and patient. There were a large number of choices, which were all beautiful. Their diamonds are exquisite! I was told my ring would be ready in 10 days -- it was ready in 5!! My ring is gorgeous. There were no hidden charges and we felt their prices were comparable and reasonable. I'm hoping to add a wedding band to match. I would recommend B & E to anyone, in fact I have:)

BUYER BEWARE! THEY OVERCHARGE AND TRY TO RIP YOU OFF!
Here is my story. My Husband went in the store (where I have previously purchased Pandora) for our anniversary gift. He wanted to buy me Pandora Beads with the initials of our Family. First, the salesperson wouldn't even let him touch or see the bead closely, she treated him like he was going to commit robbery of a $25 bead. She made him look in a book instead, even though the beads were in the case. Secondly, He ordered 3 initials. She told him they were $10 more than the MSRP. She wrote up the order, wrapped it up and sent him off. When he gave it to me, they were the wrong initials, even though the receipt said otherwise. I also noticed they overcharged us. I went back to the store, I was told they were busy and couldn't find the person who rang him up, but that this OFTEN HAPPENS that they overcharge people for Pandora. I think the person was trying to get a higher commsion. So WE were overcharged and given the wrong merchandise. She made me stand and wait 30 minutes while she scribbled and crossed out all of her mistakes on the original receipt. I got no apology. It was an anniversary present the messed up in many ways. They said "is there anything you want to buy, so we can give you a credit?" I wanted my correct money back. I should have been offered a free bead or something for their mistake. Anyway she proceeded to price out a ring sizing. By the time she was done adding a million different things up, it came to almost $100.00. I told her that was ridiculous and that my other jeweler would do it. She rudely said "your other jeweler is using fake stuff, do what you want!" FYI Bernie Robbins charges about a third of their price and she called them "fakes" SO DON'T GO TO B&E!
