My husband and I own an older Chevy Suburban that I just love. We knew the front end need some work . Well after complaining to my husband that the steering wheel on the truck was at a 11 to 5 o'clock position, we took the truck to B&D. Soon after dropping off, Jerry called with the news. We where surprised to hear a crack in frame. Jerry was able to fix what needed at a very good price I might say, and gave us a referral to another shop to weld the crack. We would have never know if it wasn't for the knowledge and honesty of this man! Thank You Jerry of B&D ALIGNMENT!!!

Had new 4x4 front axle and assorted front end parts replaced, on a 95 Jeep Grand Cherokee, the work was fast and excellent. The tech found the boot was rubbing. He took it apart again and adjusted it at no additional charge. Less than 3 hours, on both (2) removals, (2) installs and (1) boot adjustment on the front axle and less than 2 hours on the tie rods and other assorted front end work. The next week I went back to find out what was causing the rear end noise. I was thinking the moaning and chattering noise was from the rear wheel bearings and I was ready to pay, less than $300, for both rear bearings. The tech checked out the noise and said it was tire noise, and they did not charge for the diagnosis. I had the tires rotated and the noise stopped. Very happy with service.

I came to B&D at the recommendation of my son, who is very selective about his vehicle. As soon as I walked into the office, I was greeted by Jerry, the owner of this well established family owned business. He clearly outlined the procedure that would be used to check my car's alignment and estimated the price. As I chose to wait for my car, he offered me a seat and kept me informed throughout the process. Not only was my car finished in less time than they estimated, the price was fair and reasonable. It is clear that Jerry and his employees take a great deal of pride in their work. My son has referred others to B&D and now that I have been there, I will definitey send my friends there too. Outstanding customer service is something you don't come across every day, but at B&D it seems to be part of their every day way of doing business!

After driving across a railroad track, my car started shaking and I felt it was becoming uncontrollable. I looked for the nearest auto repair I could get into, and it was B&D Alignment. I worryed about having a repair bill at Calif. prices and the quality of the job. Two thousand miles later, I got home and the car is driving fine. My spouse got under it and said that he thought it was a good job. I took the Itemized bill to a local repair shop and they said the repair costs were similar to their own, but was surprised that Calif. prices were not higher.

I got my car's wheel alignment done from them also rotation. They just had me wait there long time. However, they were cheaper than other places i got estimates from.
