The Best Appliance Technician, Small Business Owner, & Friend
I've known Bob, from B&D Appliance Repair Service in Palmdale CA, a very long time. I watched him start his family-owned small business and build it into one of the most well-respected companies in the Antelope Valley. I can tell you that you won't find a more honest appliance technician. He has helped me start my own Handyman business and has given me great advice on how to run it. Many of my customers are referrals from Bob & his son, Jeff. He really cares and helps local small business owners as long as they are honest and never take advantage of their customers. Fridge on the Fritz no more
I found B&D on the Web and I'm glad I did. Bob came out and fixed my refrigerator within an hour of receiving my call. He suggested what would be the problem and the cost over the phone. He was correct on the problem and the cost was super fair. I would highly recommend B & D for your appliance needs.

I found Bob about 5 years ago when my dryer went on the blink. I am somewhat of a handyman and do most of my work by myself. I was looking for the part and found him in the yellow pages. What impressed me about about Bob is that he was giving me pointers and telling me what I needed to buy. I compared prices and found him to be the most reasonable. Since then I have used him for many other parts and advice. Most currently my refrigerator went out. I called Bob immediately with the idea that I would have to wait for an appointment since I live in Lake L.A. Bob was able to come out the next day. He had to order parts, but had them the next day. After the repairs were made I was surprised that he hadn't charged me for the trip out. He said it was part of the repair. Bob has always been reliable, honest, and dependable as well. I recommend him to everyone.

Very Courteous, Friendly and Professional
I live in the Antelope Valley (Palmdale) and had a dishwasher that was slowly breaking over many months. First, it stopped washing/rinsing dishes well. Then it started making a funny noise when it ran. And finally, I wasn't able to close the door -- so I couldn't even use it.

I found B & D Appliance through a google search, and gave them a call. Within a few hours, I had a return call and a repair estimate setup. Not only did Bob show up to give me the estimate, but he also was able to begin the repair right there on the spot. Because I had let the problem fester for many months, there were actually three items that needed repairing.

Within a few days, the dishwasher was all repaired and back to normal. And it wasn't even that expensive, considering all the problems. Bob even gave me some tips on getting rid of those hardwater stains and deposits on both the stainless steel interior and spots on glasses.

This is the kind of courteous and professional service that you hope for. Bob, thanks for everything!
