Please do not even think about doing business there!! I went there on a recommendation from a coworker to buy silver for the first time as an investment and he must have seen me coming from a mile away. The store is a horrid mess and the clients he gets in there look like they just went through your trash in order to find the silver to sell. I could go on and on about this but I will get to the REAL reason I signed on here especially to warn you about this cheat! On a Friday at the end of his day he is "nice" enough to stay open for me to make a nearly $4,000 purchase. He did everything he could do to rush me out of that store. He was on his calculator with tape like he was giving me a receipt but unbeknown to me, I never received one. He told me that he doesn't charge taxes on the transaction but after taking it home to look at what I bought I realized that there was not one. I made a count of the silver and what I paid and discovered that he shorted me $316. The same amount that would be charged for taxes. I wanted to call but he doesn't open on the weekends. I went the the store the next Monday to let him know what I happened and to get a copy of the receipt and he told me that he "normally" writes down the transaction and gives it to the customer, has no receipt and (of course) can't remember the transaction!! This guy is a cheat AND a liar so please, please don't go there!!

Stand up company that I trust. I heard mixed things about the owner ; but he has turned out to be very nice and honest
