first off, the first review here is not an accurate account of this business. who cares what it looks like and how clean it is lady! its a car repair shop not a place to hang out in heels with a small dog in your purse! FFS...
Anyways, I called my insurance company and told them my problem. AV collision came and picked up my vehicle that day, gave me a full quote the next day and started repairs. they ran a diagnostic and found a problem with the airbag system and fixed that as well as wash my vehicle and check all the fluid levels and top them off.

I had a fender bender a month ago and we took it here for insurance work. They were professional with the process, but the place was a mess and not very customer friendly atmosphere - looked like a chop shop. Overall I felt a bit uncomfortable being there - they did the job good though!
