Impressed with the Autozone on Walzem road
The first time I went into this autozone I was not a satisfied customer.
I called to make a complaint and Marissa helped me. Marissa is AWESOME! She is one of the best customer service representatives I have ever had the pleasure to deal with.
After speaking with Marissa, I decided I would go back to this AutoZone.
I had a mustang that needed repaired. I called Marissa. She went above and beyond to help me get everything and get the parts to the shop.
I would recommend this Autozone.

I went in there today
My sales clerk name is Danny T. He was so helpful! He wasn't trying to sell me the most expensive item in the place. He tried to research the item. He shared the details with me. He checked to make sure it fit prior to my purchase. Questions he could not answer he asked this bad azz woman he had the answers( a woman I said) He gave her mad props. Then he went and got Pacheco. Pacheco was great. He saved me probably hundreds of dollars. The were outstanding!! I would recommend them and that paricular store to anybody.
