After visiting BMW Service for the first time, I'm compelled to write a review based on my recent experience. My BMW had been leaking oil and coolant and the dealer quoted me an outrageous amount to get it fixed. After a little bit of research I called BMW MINI Repair in Culver City and got a quote that was 30% lower than the dealer. I brought in my car and the guys at BMW determined that some of the repairs the dealer recommended weren't even necessary!! My car is running great and I ended up paying about half of what I would've paid with the BMW dealer. The folks at BMW MINI are prompt, courteous, trustworthy and really look out for the best interest of the customer. I got free car was and free loaner car.Thanks for the wonderful service.
