I recently bought a VW Golf for the first time after having Toyota Camrys for years. I have been so impressed by each of the VW employees that I've met since the day I walked in to buy a car. Aaron Allison was my service advisor yesterday. I also spoke with Clint Givens and David Elsea. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Also, I had a few questions about how my car was running since I've never owned a VW before and Mr. Tucker took me on a test drive and completely explained everything to my satisfaction. The whole VW service experience is like night and day from what I experienced at Toyota. I am extremely happy with my new Golf and appreciative of the service I have received so far at VW Park Cities.

Robert was fantastic! On my last service, he had to order a part for my car that took a while to get here, but he kept me updated on the progress. When the part arrived he called and worked with my schedule to make an appointment that was convenient. He let me know what was going on with the car and let me know when it was ready. We had a great experience at this dealership. Was in bind and decided to lease a car last minute. Olivier, the car salesman, was very knowledgeable and respectable.
