When my wife crashed my brand new Mercedes SL I was absolutely heart broken. Although the most important thing in my life was not harmed (wife), my Mercedes was in shambles. I was very concerned when my insurance company decided not to total the car and to repair it instead. They recommended me to Auto Works and assured me that they are among the best and will take very good care of my vehicle. The day i walked into the office, I felt much better about the whole situation. The office was very clean and they had all kinds of certifications and information about the products they use in the repair process. They even use a special environmentally safe paint which made my wife very happy. When i asked Lori if the paint would last, she assured me that they offer a lifetime warranty on all their repairs and that Ferrari and Lamborghini use the same products at their factories. The owners are a very nice couple who seemed to be very personable and professional. The first thing that Lori asked me when she saw the car was if my wife was ok. Lori said that they would coordinate all the details of the repair with my insurance company and that we did not need to do anything beyond leave the car in their hands. Needless to say, my wife and I walked out of the shop feeling much more confident about my car being repaired. We were very surprised when we got a phone call saying that the car was finished 3 days earlier than originally promised. When we picked up the car, we were shocked!!!! Not only did the car look and drive great, but they detailed the entire car. In fact, the car actually looked better than it did when we dropped it off. They even used touch up paint to cover the chips I had on the hood from rocks on the highway for free. I would recommend this shop to anyone who has the unfortunate need for a body shop. My car was repaired perfectly. If they can please me, they can please anyone......Thanks Auto Works!!!

When I took my car to Auto Works, I was expecting great service. Instead I got disaster. My baby blue Mazda 3 was rear ended by a dump truck and someone told me to take it to Auto Works. They took my car in and within 3 days, I recieved my car back. I thought all was well until I realized the trunk wasn't closing properly. I had to get out of work and go back so they could re align the trunk properly. After that I noticed there was a mildew smell in the car. I couldn't figure out why the car started smelling when I only owned it for a couple of months and the car is a brand new 2008 car. One morning, after a long night of raining, I was at a light and came to a stop. I went to reach into my back seat and saw that my entire back seat was filled with water. I went to Mazda and they said the trunk was not sealed after it had been replaced by AUTOWORKS. The trunk had a foot of water that had washed into the back seat. I was lucky. Mazda took it under their warranty because they have the best customer service. I refused to bring my car back to Autoworks and will spread the word that they are TERRIBLE.

Unfortunaly, when we need to contact a collision center, it is because we had some bad luck. I have been living in Coral Springs for over 20 years. I had my share of accidents. I took my cars to many places including, Action Auto, Pompano Honda,J&G and others. Most of the time, I had to bring the cars back due to problems, including waves in the paint,overspray or electrical. About 10 years ago, I was recommended to Auto Works Collision and Paint, in Coral Springs. The owners, Guy and Lori, were very helpful. My experience with their work was so GREAT that I bring my cars there and recommend them to all my friends. They are HONEST!!. They do the RIGHT thing for you. They will make sure the car is fixed 100% the first time and they work for YOU , not for the insurance company. There are even times when I stopped by with help on something little, and their son came out and adjusted it and when I tried to tip him, he refused the tip. This is a REAL FAMILY business, who cares about YOU and your car. They also go out of their way to help the community and sponser many activites including Coral Springs Soccer. Auto Works is an honest, family owned paint & body shop. I brought my car here after a fender bender. Auto-works handled all the insurance details and fixed up my car beautifully. They were not the fastest...but I would rather the work be done properly than quickly. A few days after getting my car back from them, it was making a funny noise. I called them and brought it back in...turned out the noise had nothing to do with the work they had done - but they were nice enough to take care of it for me free of charge. That's the kind of people they are.

PROS: they have integrity
CONS: slow - but GOOOOD (worth the wait)
