I've taken cars to many washes and this was the WORST wash I've ever had! No soap, did a very poor job and only smeared around the dirt that was on the car. I was so embarrassed I had to stop and clean the dirt off by hand with a paper towel. I tried the phone number listed but (No Surprise) no answer. Last time I EVER go to this wash and want to warn everyone else as well. You would think they would at least check their equipment once in a wihile!

Beware! Paid for a carwash, went through, and NO soap! No big deal I thought, I'll just call the number displayed on the business. Talked to Jeff, and NO luck. Three weeks later I'm still waiting to be reimbursed. The carwash at the corner of Hurstbourne and Taylorsville Road does a bettter job, and it's cheaper. That's where I'll be going from now on!

I usually love to go to this car wash! I went on 10/11/10 and the same do-it-yourself timer has been out for three months now. The drain wasn't working causing my pants to get ruined. The clear coat didn't work and hasn't for some time now as well. I went to wax my car and after went to rinse it off with the spot free rinse. Well nothing came out so I figured I must have ran out of time (due to timer being broke and not lit). So, I put another $2.00 in because I have to get the wax off right? Well what do you know, the spot free rinse is broke!!! Now my car looks worse than it did before the wash and ruined pants! I call the number listed with the address and it keeps ringing and ringing!

Do it yourself was out of Clear Coat Conditioner, Wax, Spot Free Rinse. All I got from any of these was plain water. Looked like water, smelled like water, tasted like water. Taking your money and giving you plain water.
