It is so refreshing to finaly talk...
I have not had any work done by this shop, but I have consulted them on a problem that i've been having. They were very knowlegable and told me that before I pay'd all the mony to have the engine replaced or worked on that there were other steps that I could take to ensure that I was not needlessly spending my money‎

HONEST, REPUTABLE
Highly recommend this auto shop; honest, their repair rates are reasonable, and they stand behind their work. We drive from Livermore to Pleasanton for their services and feel a bond of trust (a rarity in this day and age) and bring our families vehicles from the Bay Area for service/repairs, smog checks, etc.‎

Great reasonable service
I went into this place on a recommendation to get my 48,000 miles service done. The dealer wanted $700! No way! These guys (Bob) looked in my owner's manual to see the checklist for the 48,000 mile service and gave me an estimate of $300 to $400. This included a bunch of stuff like coolant flush, brake fluid flush, tune-up (spark plugs, etc), transmission flush, new belt, etc, etc. When it was ready about 4 hours later, the final tab was $330. I was ecstatic - less than half what the dealer wanted. So anyway, I highly recommend these guys, especially if you want to save on your scheduled maintenance.

Extremely honest place.
They told me I didn't need new brakes yet! I'm definitely going back when it's time. I think their official name is Auto Tech Engine Rebuilders, but they seem to do all kinds of auto repairs and smog there.
