I have dealt with Tony and staff for over 15 years and have all my vehicles done here and always got same day and personalized service. Prices are good but the service is great. I own my own company at it is just a few that spoil it for all. I bought a Navigation system and found out it was an old last years system and that this company is not a Pioneer authorized dealer. Pioneer says they can not warranty the system because it was purchased from this unauthorized dealer. I had to dispute the credit card to get my money back.

They installed a Navigation system 5-27-08 with last years model 2007 unit. An older unit has outdated maps and less upgrades. After installing the unit my car did not start and had it towed to them. They denied doing any wrong but started the car and still starts today. I have disputed the credit card and got my money back. Fair warning to you.
