Horrible Customer Service
I took my car to AutoShape to have them replace a dented door. My father has used them for 25+ years. They were to move the parts from my old door to the new door.
After driving the car TWICE, the power windows and locks stopped working. They did check it and said the parts hadn't stayed in the correct place, but there was nothing they could do to fix it.
When I called back the next day to ask what I (not them, but me, myself) could possibly do to start troubleshooting the issue, the owner, rudely cut me off mid-sentence to tell me that he was tired of dealing with the issue, and that I had "tampered" with the door.
Why would I sabatoge my own door?!?!
I guess that's the type of customer service and respect that's due to somebody whose family has used your business for the past 2 and 1/2 decades.
