Just to counter the negative comment on here, this store was very helpful in crossing some Bosch ignition parts for me for a car that had a non-original distributor. And Napa in general is a great place for hard to find parts - in some cases it's either the dealer or Napa. They also sell good quality stuff. One example is ignition wire sets -- most stores will sell general purpose sets that are usually WAY too long. Napa has sets that fit much better. They aren't always the cheapest, but you can count on good quality and extensive in-stock inventory.

These people are rude and unprofessional.
I had ordered and paid for a part and it was supposed to be in that day. I stopped in the next day, it wasn't there and nobody knew what was going on. They were supposed to call me when it arrived and alas no call. I just got off the phone with one of them to see if it was in. He answered my question and hung up before I finished my sentence or was able to ask my next question. I will never go back to this auto parts store.

a little small ... but close to home.: They can't stock as much as the larger stores, but the staff was helpful and courteous.
