I am a local business owner and have found that Auto Keys Authority is a gem in Lansing hardly anyone knows about I am here to help stop that. Heath is a trustworthy, honest, caring person. He has done numerous jobs for me over the years and i would recommend him to anyone that is in search of their lock work to be done. He held back for long time telling me all that he can do. I just know that if I called him he handled it. Programming remotes for cars were just such a hidden talent Heath holds but does not advertise much on. I am the neighbor to Heath from Auto Keys Authority. I can tell you this his reach in the locksmith industry is long. Let me tell you why. We have a second home in Florida and I lost my RING of keys. I was lost on how to find a reliable locksmith so I called Heath and told him my deli-ma. "Don't worry I'll handle it" he said. "Just a little extra for a service call" (with a laugh). Ask me my address and said its handled. 45 minutes later I had a friendly, courteous, trust worthy locksmith knocking on my door. He fit a key to my truck, my camper and house in a short amount of time. I asked John how he knew Heath. John said " Heath is in a network of Locksmiths. Heath contributes lots of answers to the problems guys post online about automobiles. He is very knowledgeable in his field of expertise." Auto Keys Authority unlocked my car. He quoted me a price and time that I could not believe. To come out on a Saturday at 7 am at the airport. I told him I was flying in to Lansing and he picked me up at baggage claim and drove me to my Lexus. He proceeded to pick the lock to open my car. I asked him don't you have one of those tools to get in. He said improper tools used by untrained people causes damage that you as the consumer will have to pay for. Call an expert with right tools and training and you will be satisfied years to come. He spoke of things like air gaps from wedges and paint scratches from medal tools. There are alot of reasons why I would choose Heath again... but main reason he treated my car with the respect he would have his own car. And with that. Thank You Heath.

I called Auto Keys Authority 10pm to open my Tahoe. He told me price & ETA. I said great see you then. Opened my tahoe with a key that was on a small ring and 2 minutes later i was paying him which took longer than opening. he ran my credit card and I was on my way. Total time: 43 minutes from phone call to driving away. Total Price: 55.00. Total satisfaction: YES

I own a 2002 chevrolet impala that has been giving me an issue of starting. The security light would come on every once in a while and leave me stranded. I have read online that its a common issue. Someone posted to contact a locksmith others posted dealer only. So I called Heath from Auto Keys Authority. He assured me that it is very common issue that he can resolve for me. His cost seemed high but after a few calls. I realized to tow the vehicle and have dealership remove & replace the bad part his price was very fair. Upon arrival he asked me for my key and 30 minutes later he was done and I had two new keys that operated my car. I have not had the issue with the security light since. I would recommend Auto Keys Authority to all my friends and family. He certainly made me feel "Auto Keys Authority."
