The Auto Gallery in Woodland Hills isn't your 'typical' car dealership filled with middle aged men speaking broken English. They don't have a fancy showroom and are currently operating out of a trailer until the showroom is built in 2010. What they do offer is a friendly stafff of young gentlemen who know their cars, and understand how to treat their clients. I was treated with respect and my salesperson listened to my needs instead of trying to just sell me any car. It was a quick and painless transaction, the price fit in my budget, the car wasn't the exact color I wanted but it worked. I went in a few weeks later to service my vehicle and was treated exceptionally in that department as well. I get an Audi loaner everytime I service my car.....In a nutshell, if you want an Audi or Porsche, this is the dealer you want to visit.

This is my third Audi and my experience at the Auto Gallery was the best so far. I dealt with Mario, who is the Internet/Fleet Manager there and he was great. He was much more concerned with finding a car that met my needs rather than just selling me a car. If you want to avoid the typical sales BS that you have to deal with at most dealerships, I highly recommend him. He's very knowledgeable about Audis and cars in general, which helped me a lot since I had a lot of questions. The rest of the staff was great as well. Once I finally decided what I wanted, they got me in and out of there quickly. In fact, they even went the extra mile and ended up delivering the car to my house since I had to leave and pickup my daughter from school. They delivered my brand new A6, took my lease return back and handled all the paperwork for me. Now, that's the kind of customer service that will keep me going back to Mario and the Auto Gallery.

I finally blew up ol' Betty and decided to get a new car.

A good friend of mine works for The Auto Gallery in Calabasas selling Ferrari and Maseratis, but I can't afford one of those sweet rides! She referred me to Glen Fagin at the Auto Gallery Audi showroom in Woodland Hills.

First off it's not really a showroom, it's a trailer on a big lot next to the Whole Foods on Ventura @ Canoga. The Auto Gallery just completed a new showroom but alas it's for Porsche only. I'm told a really cool Audi building is in the works. No worries, all I wanted was a great deal and a hassle free buying process. I'd rather not pay for the fancy wrapper.

Glen is the sales manager for Audi. He is a really cool guy. He took a few minutes to find out what I was after and how little I wanted to pay. After our brief consultation, he had one of his sales guys show me a few of the cars and after driving the A3, A4 and A6 I landed on a bright white A4 2.0T with all the goodies!

There was almost no back and forth with Glen. He knew I had researched the cars and had a pretty good idea of the lease deals around town. He kept selling me on how highly rated their service department was and how loyal customers are once they join the Auto Gallery family. I was pretty impressed with how honestly and quickly the whole process was. Paper work was completed in minutes not hours.

I've been in once for service since buying my new car and will say with 100% confidence, this is the best experience I have had to date with a new car dealer's service department. I knew Mondays were bad days to visit a service shop but they got me in and out in with little effort and they WASHED my car when they were done. So not like the Mercedes dealer where I used to service my cars. John Eshelman will be my service adviser for life, that is unless I get rich this year and buy a Porsche.
