Best Automotive Repair Shop in KATY!!
I recently had a problem with my 2003 Dodge Caravan which was suddenly having poor acceleration and horrible milage. It seemed like it could have been a bad O2 sensor, or fuel injectors, or fuel filter. After having performed the three jobs over the course of an entire weekend and still having the same problem, I decided to take it to Domestic Auto Experts. While I waited there I let them know what parts I had replaced already and they went ahead and double checked to make sure those parts were working correctly as well as performed a compression test on the engine. It turns out that there was a broken valve spring on the #1 cylinder. They said they would have it ready a day later because they had to special order the valve spring, and put me in a rental, which was only $9/day! This was great news because we had spent too much on a rental from a 'big' name rental company already. I got my caravan back in no time and it was running perfect again!

I wish I had taken the Caravan to them the day it happened, instead of wasting time and money on it myself. I never would have figured out the problem with the valve spring. Thankyou Domestic Auto, you guys really are Experts!

Great Service plus a great staff by Lorraine M. at InsiderPages
On June 3, 2008, I brought my cadillac to Domestic Auto Experts on Morton, Katy, TX. My car had a loud noise Conly went with me for a test drive and immediately knew what was wrong. We returned to the shop where a technician checked my vehicle and Conly was correct with the problem with my vehicle. They brought me home and repaired my car in the same day and even came back to pick me up! I felt that I got great service and special attention. When he quoted me the price of my repair it was the same price that I paid when it was repaired - he never called and said there was something else wrong and it would cost more - the cost was exactly what he said. I would highly recommend Domestic Auto Experts for your car repairs.

Great Service/Staff by Ted L. at InsiderPages
Domestic Auto Experts has been my automotive shop of choice for the past 3 years. In those three years I have been extremely satisfied with the service and staff at the Morton Rd. location. They are always honest and up front with me on the condition of my vehicles. I appreciate that during oil changes they perform a complete auto check every time to make sure everything is in order and that there are no safety issues present. Keep up the great work! The shop is very clean and you can even enter the work area to view your vehicle being worked on if you so desire.

LYING SCUMBAGS!!! EMPLOYEE reviews BELOW!!!!
THIS PLACE IS NOT REPUTABLE, HONEST, OR QUICK. Filthy mechanics, fifty managers up front, dumb-ass technicians that do not speak enough english to explain WHY they busted my a/c hoses. how does a leak occur when its at YOUR SHOP????
The thickness and outright lies by these other reviews made my stomach turn. I wouldnt recommend this repair shop to ANYONE.
Not only did they wrench my A/C hoses apart causing leaks, they wanted to charge me 1500.00 to remove my dash, send it out to their technical shop (?why?) and have the gas guage changed and calibrated. I swapped out my own feul pump for $120, and fixed the gauge right then. This place has their own employees posting reviews on these sites, to keep the real reviews from being seen by people that really need to know. These people should be shot.
