Better BMW service than BMW
My BMW has finally departed under the watchful eye of Auto Analysts. Let me tell you how.... since birth, they did all work to factory specs and kept my car's warranty in good standing and running well. Almost every time I came in, they gave my baby a free car wash (I think they give all their customers a car wash with more than $200 of stuff done (other than oil change, what BMW work is less $?). After twelve plus years of getting me reliably from points a to points, my car was towed into the shop.. Herman commented if I remember he asking me when I will get a new car and I always replied, "when I run it into the ground".... - well, he said, "it's there." I had over a quarter of a million miles - not bad, especially with my lead foot (I drive aggressively defensible) and not always listening to my auto doctors (ie. how'd my filter get clogged? - by not paying attention to that sticker that says you should come in last year ... I do the same with my dentist, how'd I get that cavity? - a check up more than every two years will help... duh...)

ANYWAY - Got a M5 now & given my lead foot, I'm sure I will visit the family of Auto Analysts to keep my new wheels rowing to over 250,000 miles and hopefully the Mother (Lara) won't be investing in gold futures and keep their prices competitive (not always the lowest but the work, attitude, integrity and little extras is worth the investment)

Only disappointment was one of my employees, wanted to go out with Ceasar but instead he gets engaged to a beautiful smart (rich?) girl instead. Other than that - do trust the family at Auto Analysts - I do.

Pros: Service, competitive pricing, integrity, family business
Cons: no shuttle service if they aren't too busy. (saves that $6 cab ride)

You can trust them!
I had been going to "the dealer" for a long time, but I never felt like I was being told the truth about what my car really needed. When I heard of Auto Analysts from a friend I was very happy to have finally found a shop that took the time to explain to me what my car needed. I have an Audi A4 and it has been running great since I started taking it to Auto Analysts. The best part is that I didn't have to wait a week to bring it in and only took them one day to do my front brake pads, rotors and an oil change.(Not to mention they washed my very dirty car for me too: ). Thank you Cesar, German and to their mom and sister who work in the office.

I would never go near the dealership again thanks to these guys
These guys are incredible. I waited a week and a half for an appointment with the dealer (won't mention which one) and left my car there for two days. After this amount of time they told me they needed more time to figure out my complex strange noise issue. My gut told me to get my car out of there. I found these guys in the Yellow pages and they told me to bring it over. Herman (one of the owners) listened to my symptoms, took my car for a test drive and had me out by the end of the day with the noise totally gone. The entire bill was less than 300 bucks including parts. Last month went back for a full service and my car has not run this well since the day it rolled of the dealer's lot. Incredible service, incredible family and the only logical alternative to the dealership. Many thanks, FH Medcalf.

great service by paul h. at InsiderPages
Herman and Caesar hustle to provide great car servicing at a great value. They are up front with what needs to be done and what doesn't need to be done. Certainly trustworthy.

I brought my 2001 BMW to Auto Analysts for a brake job expecting a better deal than what I would get at the dealer. Two rotors and 4 pads ended up costing $950! We had several conversations on the phone and they didn't follow up with me on things that we discussed. I would not recommend this shop for service
