Bad customer service!!!!!‎
I needed a new screen door for my back sliding glass door, so I went to Austin Windowerks. They did not have the door in stock but they assured me they could have it in a week. A week past and I was ready for my door. I called, only to be told that they received the door but needed to screen it. The screening process would take a few days and it would not be ready till Tuesday. I gave them till Monday of the following week until I called them again. I was then told that they were waiting on a part and it would now be Thursday before it was ready. I had already paid for the door so I had my money refunded and with a little research found a place that could make my screen door in 2 days. I do not know how a business like this stays afloat. The review before me had similar problems so it sounds like I was not the only one strung along. Hope they clean up their act and hire some employees that actually care about customers.‎

HORRIBLE business!...‎
Remember that big storm back in May when it hailed like crazy? We got Austin Windowerks to replace the broken window from that storm. Here we are in JULY and this window has STILL not been fixed. Shiela, the incompetent receptionist has strung us along for two months. Apparently this woman is in charge of sending out the work crew and making the orders for the windows. She has failed miserably at this job. Here's a list of complaints about this company that has wasted my time: 1. Shiela says, "Yeah, yeah they're coming today"...and do they ever come? NO. 2. Shiela says, "There's no need to be at the apartment. They can do the work without getting inside." YOU IDIOT! You have no idea what my place looks like and have no way in knowing that. Luckily my common sense wins out and I was there when the workers came (and yes, I did need to be there). 3. It took them WEEKS to come and measure the window. When they finally showed up they sent the owner's son, ...
