That is because you clearly can't read. It is not a refund. How can you get a refund when you did not pay anything??? It clearly states that when the property pays us, which take 90 days or more, we cut you a check and inform you ASAP. By Texas law a rebate can not be paid in a real estate transaction without money exchanging hands. Therefore until the property pays us for the transaction then we cannot pay a rebate. We have been in business for over 8 years and have paid our customer over a quarter million dollars and rebates, but there is always some dumb ass that sends us email after email asking us where there money is.. READ the terms of the deal Amanda.. Not to mention you move in on 6-10-11
You will receive your money and Dawn will call you when payment comes in to our office.. Clearly I don't care if you use our services again if your going to be such a jackass.
