No Longer a Good Store?
I visited this store during off peak hours and not only was it crowded, but the same people who do diagnostic also do sales. I had to figure out how to get help since wandering around looking at every PDA did not clue anyone in and then the agent confirmed that their sales staff is not separate. Seeing the long line I said that I would try the store in Clarendon (about a 20 min drive, also in Arlington, VA) since they only do sales and not diagnostic. The guy said ok. Well I got to the Clarendon store today and it's been closed. Which means that Sprint has further down-sized, meaning even more people at the Pentagon City store that is already unable to serve customers properly. I guess the business model is cut back until all customers leave instead of do better so customers stay. I have been a customer since 2000. I will be buying out my contract and leaving.?
