I received. I had my Mitsubishi big screen tv repaired within a week of calling for service. I will use them for all my audio and video repairs from now on.

I took my Pioneer Elite 50" Plasma to the "doctor" with a bad vertical Y board. He replaced the Y board in 2 days and also installed to large ultra-quiet fans to prevent further heat-related repairs. I appreciate the fact that he provided prompt service and called about the fans before completing the repair. TV is as good as new and he was very reasonable on his pricing. Highly Recommended!‎

I brought in my Insignia TV and he quickly diagonosed the problem. He had to order a part for the TV, the part was on back order for a very long time. He kept my TV until the part came in, keeping me up to date with everytime he communicated to the distrubuter. He quickly repaired the TV once the part was in at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this guy to anyone who has an issue with their TV. A+++ Thank you Audio Video Doctor..... The $40 diagnostic fee going to the price of fixing the TV is True!!!‎

I wrote the previous review about Audio Video Doctor attempting to restore my vintage Marantz. After reading my review the owner contacted me in reference to my review. One thing that surprised me was how the owner of Audio Video Doctor felt badly about the work that was preformed. He offered me a full refund in cash or check; I being suspicious; because of the value of my equipment; took it to another guy that I trust for inspection and repair. I was informed that my equipment was not damaged and the work that was preformed is reversible. Bottom line Audio Video Doctor values customer satisfaction.
