Unbeatable service‎

These guys know their stuff. And they know it good. There's none of the attitude you get at best buys and circuit cities. These guys help you design *the best* system. They even taught me all about the aspects of the theater set-up so I knew exactly what each and every part was for. You won't find the likes of their demo room upstairs anywhere else in San Francisco. Be sure to talk to Hedy when you go!‎

Rude

Chris, salesperson, was rude and belligerant when I brought my car in to get the MP3 cable replaced after only 6 months. First, he emphatically claimed that Audio Symphony didn't put in the cable, which is attached to the expensive car radio I bought there 6 months ago. Then, he changed his tune, and blamed me for pulling and jerking on it.
He is impossible to work with. Avoid him at all costs.

These guys have worked on my 2 cars

Auto Symphony has installed security systems and CD changers in my 2 cars. The work was done on time and at the price they quoted. The staff was knowledgable and answered all of my questions. Their location is convenient and the covered parking makes it a snap to get in and out of on busy Van Ness Ave. Recently we had to replace parts for one of the security systems. The original part was sent to the manufacturer. We got a new one back and it was installed right away. All I had to pay was the installation charge. I've referred friends here as well. I'll be back in the future.

Audio Symphony is an evil place...

- if you go, prepare for aggravation, disappointment , and I agree with the other poster- this store will cheat you- they are dishonest, unhelpful, and nasty. Specifically, they agreed to remove my car navigation system (which they sell) and send it in for repairs (and charged me for this) but them ...
