Not skilled professionals!!‎
We brought my car in because of a speaker was out. I thought it was my dash speaker. They didn't test either speaker and just replaced the dash speaker... however, it was my door speaker that needed replacing!! They didn't tell me and I had to make a return trip. I provided a NEW Infiniti door speaker and they installed it promply after I paid them an ADDITIONAL installation FEE!! I left the next day for an 8 hour drive and my speaker vibrated the whole way there. Each time I closed the door I could hear the speaker rattle and when I put my window down it made a horrendous noise and shook all over the place. I was afraid to even use the window after a while. When I returned from my trip I went back to Audio Evolution and was told that they didn't install the speaker the traditional way (with a screw) but used INDUSTRIAL VELCRO instead. WTF?? Needless to say, my Infiniti speaker was ruined because of their shoddy work!!! Now I am out BOTH installation fees, the cost of a ...

Tech broke my new In-Dash DVD head unit...
and didn't tell me. The worst part is I took my car to have it checked for engine noise and they charged me $25 but broke my screen on my $1500 Kenwood I had purchased to months ago. Stay away these guys are trouble!!! ...
