Most Honest long standing stereo shop in Naples
Its unfourtunate when people (like the previous review) try to con there way into getting somthing for free. I've been coming to this shop since I was in high school and never had anything but positive experiences! this is a famliy run shop that cares about its customers and takes pride in its work, which is hard to find in this day and age. I would recomend this shop to anyone who wants it done right the first time!

AUDIO CONCEPTS
I have been coming here for over four years and started out with one service vehicle and expanded to five. Audio Concepts is a family owned and run establishment. They have installed Viper Alarms in every service vehicle as well as Pioneer GPS Car Radio as well as back-up sensors and backup cameras! My first time coming here was the LAST time I ever shopped anywhere else for Car Electronics. They make EVERYTHING great. I PROMISE you this...You WILL NOT be disappointed!

Thanks for all your help
My 74 years old mother lives alone in Naples, She called me the other day in a panic because she could not unlock her car. The alarm kept going off, and the remote did not respond. I searched the web and found Audio Concepts. I called and explained my situation, and that I was calling from CT. The lady on the phone said that they usually do not do house calls, but asked me to hold while she checked with the Manager. "Lewis or Louis" was very nice, and told me that he will take care of it. Mr. L. Helped mom with her car, and even called me back later to give me an update. I felt very comfortable and relieved. His prices were very fair, I asked him to add $20 for gratuities to my bill and he refused. On my next visit to Naples, I will like to bring them a basket of goodies to thank them in person.
