At Atriums, the service is not reliable and when promised something from the property manager, time will tell; or maybe won't tell because it may take forever...You will find the the apartments ARE OLD and in serious need of up keep...The grounds are under kept and in need of painting, trash removal, and servicing...Lastly, if you expect your deposit returned in a timely manner, you can forget about that...It takes an UNREASONABLE and unneccassary amount of time!
