Aesome gym, great work out, very professional staff. Owenrs are always there, + they teach classes. I lost 10lbs & have gain some muscle. The kickboxing classes are fun, done to motivating music.Gym is clean & has a personal touch, if you're tired of the big gyms, I highly recommend trying out it out you can get a free pass on their website. Also I use their on line meal program which is very helpful-Thanks Atomic Boxing!!‎

dont know what there problem is but I tried to get a job here they asked for my picture in the email and what ever no response afterwards maybe because I look so much better then they do I would make them look bad anyways!‎

I do not recommend this studio because they do not have beginning, intermediate and advanced classes. I have been going for several months now, and the other day there were alot of new people so the instructor/owner ,Tim, kept the class at an introductory level. This is fine, but when I started do some higher level activity like adding a few kicks he was very rude to me and told me quote: "If you can not keep on task, then you have to go to the back of the room". I found these comments very rude and belittling. I am sure if I had been a male, he would have never made these remarks to him. I think he is very controlling and a male chauvanist! I won't be going back and I will join LA boxing or the Hermosa Boxing studio. Tim, remember you are running a business and people are paying for these services, so PLEASE don't be rude to your customers!! In this economy, you should be grateful to have paying customers!‎

Thought as a personal trainer myself this workout was on of the best I have been to. Felt that the trainers were available to me to answer any questions I had and more than willing to help me navigate through the class. This class taught me not only the techniques of kickboxing but self defense as well. The up beat music really gets you moving and by the end of class you are drenched in sweat!!! Something that I love!! Thought this is definitely the best way to stay in shape, Its defining my muscles more than any other work out I have done and I suggest workouts like this to my clients as well for a good burn and cardio butt kicker!‎

Great facility, awesome workout -fusion kickboxing. Over all body workout, fast results, seeing changes in my body super fast. Love the staff very helpful & they have lots of classs & full gym. Joined in September, recommend Atomic Boxing, better than those crowded big gyms. I use both their facilities in San Pedro & Torrance. Thank you, glad I found the place.‎
