today, june 21, 2011i took my 1988 nissan maxima for air conditioner repairs. after waiting just over an hour, Jeff arrived and presented me with the car keys. he told me the repair would be quite extensive and that while he could do the repair, i could get it done cheaper and better at another shop ( he then presented me with a paper with the shop's name and number). i then attempted to pay the $70 a/c check fee associated with the visit. Jeff and Russ BOTH refused my money! as they were unable to help me, they wouldn't accept my money. i have never encountered such an incident in my 50+ years! both gentlemen were very polite, even jovial. not to mention kind and HONEST!! i will return with any future auto related issues and very gladly and heartily recommend these gentlemen to anyone!
