I purchased a necklace through their website and asked about wear to the finish prior to making the purchase. They denied any. When I received it there was a large area of the finish missing. I contacted them and sent it back at my own expense. They actually tried to charge me a restocking fee and a percentage of the shipping. I buy couture jewelry on-line all the time and it's usually a good experience but these folks seem "honesty challenged." Their positive ratings below sound to me like they are written by the owners of the company . I doubt whether anyone who has actually shopped there will be writing a good review.‎

After a mishap using paypal the package was sent to the wrong address. UPS just left the package in front of my old address(oh yes UPS sucks as well), instead of getting a signature. Now as you may expect it is lost. According to the nasty attitudes I guess no one cares at this place unless you spend the big bucks.
