I will never use this company again! I had a water stop valve replaced and I was charged $382!!! Keep looking they aren't worth it! I was under the impression that the service cost as much as I was charged, however, I was sadly mistaken. I later called 4 other 24/7 plumbing companines and I could have paid at the MOST $200 less than I was charged. Please keep looking or call other companies and get quotes, you have many options!

I called Atech Plumbing at 2:30 in the morning on the fourth of July in a panic. (My house was flooding around the water heater and I did not know how to shut it off). I was surprised that a real person answered the phone. The lady quickly explained how to turn the water off to my water heater. She told me that she could dispatch a technician to my home right away and what I could expect when he arrives. He arrived in less than an hour later. He quickly assessed the situation and gave me several pricing options. I approved for him to start work and it took about 1 1/2 hours to complete. I was suprised to know that he came prepared and had a water heater on his truck. He was very professional and clean and is definately an asset to his company. He even hauled off the old water heater. I would highly recommend Atech Plumbing to anyone in need of a professional company.
