Too busy to keep everything going around the house and Mrs Rickman goes out of her way to make sure everything is perfect. Used several maid services and found this one does the best work. This is the first review I have ever done and when I seen the maid service listed online, I just had to recommend it with high ratings and trust.

First of all, I hate to be a complainer, but I feel like I should warn you. After gladly paying $165 for "detailed cleaning", Atascocita Maid Service sent 3 women to do the job. They brought a list of all the things that would be done, so I left them to it and went to work. When I got home, let me just say that all of the things on the list were not done, and furthmore, the things that WERE done, were not done well. I called them back and politely asked them to please come back and complete the job. To their credit, the next day, they sent back the same 3 ladies. I went over the things I wanted done or redone (the things from THIER list) and they went to work. The job was done, and I was happy. HOWEVER, two weeks later, when I called to schedule a "regular" cleaning, after giving them my address and number, the receptionist replied, "Oh, are you the one that complained?" I said, "Well, yes. I asked them to come back and finish the job." She then said, "NO. You call and complain, we will not clean your house again." and hung up in my face. Needless to say, I was a little surprised, and am now with another cleaning company who has done a FANTASTIC job for a better price. Buyer BEWARE!
