Poorly trained service reps by Jamie P. at InsiderPages
When i signed up for service, the person who helped me said there would be no activation fees (this was a selling point for me, and the reason i chose Cingular). Turns out, she was wrong and both the manager of this store and Cingular customer service flat out refused to issue a credit.

Also be careful when getting phones at these places. Some locations will give you a phone for free while others will charge you for the exact same phone.
