I am not going to start comparing wireless companies because this is not the place to do so but overall this AT&T Wireless Store is not that bad, especially in comparison to their over the phone representatives who do not help you in any way, shape, or form. The employees there are nice and do a lot for you in terms of trying to fix your problems, although there is one individual there who should be fired for his lack of all the above. The representatives there definitely do their best in pleasing customers and I have gone there mad several times, but they know how to calm one’s nerves.
