I go out of my way to go to this Cingular/ATT company store. There is always a knowledgeable person available to answer my questions, even when the store seems crowded. My son consistently loses his phone, I buy a prepaid Cingular phone from Walmart and take it to this store, they activate it and add it to my plan for no charge. When we are ready for new phones this is where I will go.
