this store gets minus ten..My husband wanted to buy me an IPhone and we went to the store at 7th September 2008, first of all no one will answer our questions, sale person did not know any thing about the family plans and a women (working on re-stocking the shelf) rudely interrupted the conversation, made nasty comment and gave us wrong information. Upon my telling her she was wrong and At&t used to have a family data plan starting from $20.00. She did not knew about that plan and neither she bothered to check in the computer and was ready to start a fight. I never have been in a store with more horrible service then this store..

We had the best service and the person that waited on us fixed all the issues we had been having with trying to get set up and he stuck with it through many calls he had to make and a lot of time and the whole time he had an awesome attitude! This store will continue to have our business as long as we continue to get this kind of service!! They even had chairs so i didnt have to stand and being handicapped that is a HUGE PLUS!!!
