He misrepresented himself when I asked if he had a criminal history stating "I've never been convicted of anything in my life." Mr. Wollmann's background check conducted with his social security number listed by an adversary on-line listed convictions of 1) Public Nuisance by the City of San Diego (2003) 2) Unlicensed Concealed Firearm by the City of San Diego (2002) and Trespassing on private property (1998).

When I declined his services, Mr. Wollmann carried out an intensely cruel and sadistic defamation/libel campaign against me on-line. He has since falsely accused me of being a convicted felon who has been to prison, that I've been terminated from my last job among many, and that I've been evicted 8 times. Mr. Wollmann has set up various blogs and also stolen my identity in email addresses. His latest libel was listing me as a felon in my neighborhood in San Francisco on the new Bad Neighbor web site. I have no criminal record as my minor misdemeanor offenses from 16 years ago were expunged.

Mr. Wollmann's victims have listed his numerous offenses over the years on web sites they set up. If you are contacted by this kook (he indeed was awarded several USNET Kook Awards including its highest honor "Kook of the Millennium", heed this post that he will write anything about you he wants if you don't cooperate with his solicitation for his services. Immediately report his unlawful activities to your local police department.
