THIS PLACE IS WAY OVERPRICED...THE OWNER IS JUST INTERESTED IN YOUR $$$$$.
MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE IN RENTING FROM THIS PLACE HAS BEEN TERRIBLE. THEY HAVE WINDOWS SLIDERS THAT ARE FALLING APART, LIMITED LIGHTING, NO AIR CONDITIONING...YES U SAW THAT RIGHT , NO AIRCONDITIONING IN CALIFORNIA!!!!
THE CARPET SMELLS SO BAD...IT LOOKS LIKE IT'S FROM 1970, SAME GOES WITH HTE OLD...VERY OLD REFRIGERATORS. THE COMPANY RENTING OUT THIS PLACE ARE SLUMLORDS!!!!
