I’ve got my sunroom from ASR since 2008. After then, I’ve suffered from leaking problems every rainy day. Since last December, I’ve called their office a lot for asking to repair that leaking part, but until now nobody comes yet. (Now we are in March.)
Whenever I call them, they say they can’t do anything because they are just receiving customer calls and their service team’s going to contact me. The leaking part gave me a huge damage. Water from the leaking part in the sunroom came to the family room which is next the sunroom. I remember the heavy rainy day. ,( that wasn’t first day water was leaking.) ,because the water was dropping into sunroom and family roomy like heavy storm so our family couldn’t sleep for cleaning and worrying about that.( After that time I understand what a flood means.) Now I’m living in a chaotic family room with a rotten door frame with mold and noisy hardwood floor. Any constructors don’t want to repair the family room before the sunroom is repaired. They proudly say they offer lifetime warranty, but now I don’t know what the meaning of ‘LIFETIME WARRNATY’ is. Does that mean that they’re goanna fix the problem before the customer die..? Oh, dear, the price for building sunroom is expensive. Think once more when you choosing a sunroom company.
