As far as the pediatrician is concerned I have no complaints but when it comes to his staff he needs to put his foot down. They are rude, unprofessional, and most of them have to much make-up and long fingernails, which is a concern to me. This is a matter of health ethics, newborns are being held with their long fingernails which is unhealthy, dirty, and unprofessioanl. Then their attitude of caring goes out the door and people wait hours to get in to see Dr. Calimlim, but it's worth the wait not for the staff but because the physician is absolutely wonderful with children. Dr. Calimlim re-vamp your organization and hire new personnel who will take care of your patients!
