I have always steered clear of Aspen Dental. I had a cavity treated at one when I was in college. To this day it is a sore spot in my mouth. My new educated dentist has tried a lot to fix the area, the only thing she can do is take out the entire filling and start over. I can't wait for that pain. But my reason for this review is now I am stuck trying to find an oral surgeon for my 5 yr old daughter for something quite simple. And to my horror Aspen Dental is the only one that is covered under my insurance. So far I have dealt with a snotty office staff that either has been trained not to help their customers or is just really bad at what they do. The office personell I just spoke to doesn't even know the codes of this certain procedure so I could have an idea of a price, Nor really wanted to find out for me. Her only option was for me was to spend $109 on a consultation. Which I would do if I could get a rough estimate of the cost of the surgery. I've dealt with five ...
