Dr. Pagliano has treated me for several foot ailments. Each time, he has properly diagnosed the problem, and then treated the problem in a very holistic way, always recommending the least invasive first, and then if that doesn't work, going to more drastic measures. He is a great runner, and has run many marathons, so has a lot of empathy for people who like to run that have injuries.
