Amazing and professional service!!‎
I recently purchased a 55' Samsung LED television from Ask the Advisors. They not only showed me the difference between the benefits of Plasma TV's versus LED TV's as well as LCD TV's versus LED TV's - they took the time to understand MY needs. Once I made my decision they made the rest of the process absolutely painless! They gave me an installation appointment that fit MY schedule and not theirs. Once arriving at my home they discussed and proposed different options of placement and suggested a few ideas for the best picture as well as sound dynamics according to my floor plan. Ask the Advisors mounted and configured my new LED TV (which most companies do not do, or charge extra for!). I would recommend Ask the Advisors over ANY big box retailer or boutique business to anyone I know!! They truly are your home electronic advisors! Thank you! Sincerely, S.Kaiser‎

I wanted to express my appreciation… to you and your associates for the expertise, responsiveness, service and support I received in connection with the purchase of HDTV, stereo components and cabinets. From the time I walked into Audio Advisors' retail showroom to the time your installation specialist left my home after completing their work the entire experience with Audio Advisors was first class! Everyone I dealt with was professional, extremely knowledgeable and efficient. I especially appreciated the adjustments you made to accommodate my schedule, as well as willingness to address my requests to customize certain features of the overall system i.e. installing to my homes configurations recessed speakers without a loss of audio quality and other adjustments you made for components I had and wanted to keep vs. buying the latest models with features I didn't need at this time.
